Zoning Department

The Zoning Department is responsible for all zoning issues and the issuance of building permits. Our Zoning Officer, Andrea Silvestri, and  Assisstant Zoning Officer Dave Long, take care of pre-construction stake out inspections and a final inspection when the construction is completed.

During construction, individual inspections, as required by the Building Code, are performed by Scott Ambron from Richland Township. We contracted with Richland Township to do all inspections for Haycock Township. They are paid directly by the permitee
